Yes and No .
The RB16-B is vastly improved regarding balance and power and the HONDA PU reliability as well .
But let us not forget , 2 actually 3 HONDA PU's are been destroyed by Mercedes !
Soon ....And the question is where and when MAX has to take his grid penalty !
