just read the whole build, great job saving this car from the crusher! looks great even with the troublesome paint issues. I also have history with paint, if it's chipping that easily down to raw metal it's all down to prep and application. either that didn't prep right or rushed the spraying and the paint dried more brittle without offgassing In-between and allowing a proper bond to the metal. when's the full delete going down? parts arriving this week for my '14 535d to do full delete and intercooler upgrade along with trans tuning. also doing full fuel/trans/diff service prior as well. new to me car so I'm changing it all to be safe and make sure it's proper. happy modding brother!
