Some people are not rational at all. Beside the lack of technical knowledge.
On the other hand it's interesting to know how close the "fire events" were one to the other. Based on the timing we can understand if the BMW customer responsibles reacted properly or not.
They should have understood faster the root cause and apply the corrective actions.
