Most here are going to say Al's Hubcaps in Mineola, but personally I was not happy with their work when I had them repair a wheel for me a few years ago. I had Pooor Freddies on Merrick Boulevard in Jamaica refinish a wheel for me recently and I was much happier with the result. Cost is about $150 per wheel depending on size and takes 1-2 days. If you go to Pooor Freddies ask for Junior, he runs the place.
