I've seen something like this posted before on another forum.
What about independent scrutineer(s) joining the band of the fia sanctioned ones.I'm not saying at all that there is something not in order or anything like that with the present system,then well,there is nothing for the official guys to worry about then bringing them in if everything is followed to the book.
