I am now around 6k miles with my H&R sway bars and still loving the feel of them on the highway. I feel much more confident doing a lane change or going 80+mph on the highway no doubt. I am most likely wearing out other suspension parts faster because of how much faster I have been driving though! lol
If you want less sway in your 5 series then I will say it again this mod is totally worth it.
