You may want to check on your control arm bushings to see if they have worn? I had an old E39 that had a vibration no matter how many balances I had performed even after a remount of new tires. They found that the bushings were worn and that the vibration is a symptom. YMMV

However, I have worn control arm bushings on my F10 550ix (as indicated by my dealer) and I have no vibration issues at all. I have MPS A/S 3 non run flats on my stock 18" wheels for reference.
