You need to use E-Sys 3.27.1. And you should also be using latest 4.13.11 PSdZData.
How can you be using 2.7.1.135 Premium Launcher when it is expired? You should be using Launcher PREMIUM 2.8.2, it is only version with active .EST Token.
As for I-Step, did you got to VCM => Master Tab => I-Steps and select "Read" button?
