Depends on how low you want to go. I had Eibach on my last car and I couldn't clear some speed bumps without scraping. Had I installed the H&R I wouldn't have been able to get over the speed bump at all! I had also installed Sprint springs that were between the Eibach's and H&R. IIRC, for the Lincoln LS Eibach was about 1.1 inches, Sprint was about 1.5 inches and H&R was something like 2 inches. With an already low clearance car 2" could make some dips, speed bumps and driveways impassible.
