Well... I went back outside to see and the errors are gone. Everything works as it should.
. I will cancel my BMW appointment for now and if it comes up again I will take it in, chalking it up to an electrical gremlin for now.
I am sure you Googled it but check out this thread about seat calibration, looks like moving the seat front/back etc might solve your issue..
