My wife is a Veterinary hospital manager and I dont know how she does it. She has been in the industry since early 90's.
The only thing she ever said to make me understand was if she is able to help/save one animal then it was one animal that may not have made it.
Sorry for everyone in here who has experienced losses and the OP. Its never any easier regardless of how long they are with us.
