Looking to Buy a 550i with a bad motor
I am making to jump from N54 to the N63 platform and while I have read many posts about the horror stories of N63 ownership and how I should focus on he N63TU or newer I have come across a 550i with a bad motor and was considering picking it up and having the motor rebuilt or locate a N63TU. I am curious if anyone can give some insight into this. I am also considering increased power adders while the engine is out of the car. Thanks in advance.
