Mine is more with smaller suspension movements when cold like the lip at the end of the driveway and tight turns on pavers. Larger bumps don't seem to make it worse than the smaller ones.

Did you find that it was the bushings? I have the same problem on my '14 535i. It's faint and almost mimics the sound when the rim of a glass is rubbed. I hear the 'squeak' only at slow speeds over bumps.
