Maldives/Bora Bora was supposed to be our Honeymoon but my wife talked me into Europe and I'm so glad. I don't think I ever could have dealt with that flight and I'm not a huge water person unless I'm on sand looking at it.

I tend to disagree. Most all inclusive resorts are quantity over quality, even the very best resorts. I prefer a la carte for that reason.
