what a pain that was to twist it and put it back, but the results are worth it. I ended up using pliers to twist it to remove it. you only need to twist about 15-20 degrees. putting back is a little easier, just make sure you put it same way back.
once you remove the bulb, you will need a small flat screwdriver to get he H7 bulb out of the metal housing and replace it. put it back and twist it in place.
I used Philips Diamond Vision H7 bulbs purchased on ebay. The match angel eyes very well!
