Ugh...I've driven 115 miles already, no CEL yet. I better not chance it and go today and attempt to get emissions tested. Thanks for the update.
Edit: successfully passed emissions, no defouler or simulator needed. Now to see how long the CEL stays off and/or the cat fails...
My main concern was that my birthday is in September, so I was pushed for time to get my tag.
