Just emailed Jerry a few of the common questions I've been seeing on this thread.
1) Can you tune both the 535i and 550i remotely? Will you have to mail a laptop and cable to each person, or will just a cable work? – Yes, remotely for both. We will need to send a laptop to each person.
2) Will you need to reflash the car before taking it to a BMW dealer? If so, do you still reinstall tunes for free? – This is 100% up to the owner of the car. I suggest reflashing the car to stock before taking it to the dealer. Retunes will not be free and will be $125.
3) Are tunes for additional mods free? – No, $125. This is to cover our time and shipping costs on the laptop.
4) Can you tune RWD and xDrive cars? - Yes
5) Is their a programmable handheld tuner like the one you have for MB engines? - No sir
6) Can you adjust the tune for different octane levels? – Yes, of course!
