I was thinking a brush with a heavier detergent of some sort but then worried that the liquid would get into the window switches. A brush also won't get the bottom of the door handle very well.
BTW This is dirty again, and I cleaned the rest of the car, but when I saw this I was like, damn it I want this like new! hah. Help

I replaced mine but mine was much worse, easy to replace btw
