Haha ... don't feel too bad. I used to live in "818, CA" and there are tons of things around that are beautiful. Malibu, Griffith Observatory, Mullholland Dr. I am sure there are some reflections in there somewhere?
Anyway don't move to Florida. Once you've seen one beach with palm trees, you've seen them all. Alligators? All look the same!
