Did you check your car battery for voltage with engine off and when idling?
I had issues with comfort access and some electronics being disabled in my 2011 528i F10.
turned out my battery was pretty old and car was disabling some comfort features intermittently (including comfort door access)
after i replaced car battery , everything was OK
