UdubBadger, I think you do a great job and have no trouble understanding you. Trying to warn people that they're not complying is actually beyond what should be expected. If you wanted to simply say nothing until the voting starts and then disqualify all those that don't comply, maybe the message would be better understood. You could say something like, "the following images were disqualified because they didn't comply with the submission rules."
You seem to be giving people second and third chances and they're pissed for some reason. Maybe next go 'round you could say in the instructions that you're going to stop giving warnings and simply disqualify entries that don't meet the contest rules.
Please keep up the good work. This is a fun little diversion for me.
