The second place from MAX is actually incredible in the slower car ,with issues during the race !
His Renault RB14 engine has 80 HP less of power ,and a slower top-speed from minus 18 km/h .
These numbers are a huge loss in F1 terms...
As for the today race in Singapore..
Max had issues with his gearbox ! During the race his gearbox jumped several times in neutral ! Also at the moment (critical moment) when the pace car went back in ... And in the pitlane !
Thank God for the outstanding Red Bull chassis , and MAX !
