What are your lowering goals? Just looks? I would choose a shock/spring combo so you don't kill the factory shocks too soon. Just be aware that you'll wear out suspension parts much, much sooner.
You might be surprised how well an m-sport 5 can autocross! Will it be as good as a 3? Nope, but it would be fun!!
