Look what I found at Auto Zone. I had been practicing on my '04 Dodge Ram.
Do not use 1500 grit sanding sheets unless you are a glutton for punishment. All those compounds and polishes that say they remove up to 1500 grit...I say b*&%Sh#t.
Maybe if you use a rotary with wool. I followed with 2000 and 3000 and still had work. Overall though my results were great. Truck had a ton of scratches.
