Got the passenger side done (the new socket arrived). I pulled the wheel off and tried to turn the socket some more; it wouldn't budge. I was able to easily pop the socket out so I believe the socket only turns about 1/8 turn.
This is one of the easiest jobs I think I've done; including coding!
