F10 Shudder/stutter Hesitating Feel but no power loss or codes

2016 535xi - loaded, no mods that are obvious.
39k, automatic, performance tires

Once the engine warms up and under any load in any driving mode, there’s a hesitation. Under low throttle it feels like inconsistent road seams. Under full throttle it almost feels like a manual being shifted bad.

Does not occur at gear shift, only under load.
No error codes on dash or in reader.
No rough idle or start.
Happening for about 2 months and slowly getting worse.
I use 93 octane.
Car is new to me, 9 months old and put in 5k in miles.
Again, only happens after engine warms up.
Car does NOT lose power and engine pitch doesn’t change. Car shifts perfectly.

I change the spark plugs and air filter. No help. Did not change coils bc everything looked healthy.

I tried and Italian tune up, no help.

I did the throttle body reset. No help.

I driven in all modes and shifting configurations. No change.

I’m am at a total loss. What are your advised next steps?
