I have all those things on mine and it makes it a great car. Completely agree about the extra year's warranty. It is an expensive thing to buy after the first year AUC warranty expires so negotiate this into the deal for ongoing piece of mind. For example, a failure of one of the expensive adaptive systems can cost £1000's to fix so you must have the warranty IMO.
