Ticking noise coming from front wheel area...

Good day folks. I noticed that my 535i made a revolving ticking noise that sounds as if it was coming from the front wheel area when the car was rolling at low speed, going straight, at normal driving engine temperature. The noise resembles that of a normal functioning catalytic converter: tick, tick, tick, and on, as the wheels are rolling. The next day, I took my car around the neighborhood to reproduce the noise, but it didn't come up, perhaps due to temperature difference at cooler engine temperature, which might've explained it was the catalytic converter. So instead, I parked the car with my engine running and turned the wheels left and right, and it produced a very similar sound in the video below. As you can see when the front wheels turn left and right, it makes that "tick" noise I appreciate any advise if anyone had experienced similar issue. Thanks in advance.
