I just had a similar (but not identical) ticking noise coming from my front left wheel when I turned to the right while driving. It would also occasionally tick going straight forward. It turns out that my problem was something I did not even suspect: the wheel bolts needed re-torquing since this had not been done when I had the wheels put in a couple of months ago (going from winter to summer tires / wheels). After the re-torque, ticking went away!
It might be as simple as that - check the torque on your wheel bolts. Good luck!
