When I put in VIN in the BMW website, it says no recalls. But when I turned my car in for tires and maintenance, the technicians and SA said there's a recall. I checked the website again and it still says no recall lol.
So I'm guessing information is not synchronized across all the systems. From all my previous experience, a good tech and SA will get you the latest info.
