I used to have the small JPEGs but gave that up because it doubled the images upon review and I ended up deleting some of the RAW files instead of the JPEGs. 
You can always just use one of the converters to view the RAW file images SOTC on the computer, works for me. Delete the crap and process the rest. |

I also have a plug-in/convertor for windows that allows me to preview the CR2/RAW files and delete unwanted photos prior to processing with Camera Raw/PS....
