my cigarette fuse has been blown for a couple of years now

and i never got around to replacing it. so i'll be driving to MPACT East 2017 from Ohio to PA so i want to be able to charge my phone which i will be using the GPS to get there. i've heard it's under the glove box and i found this schematic and want to confirm if fuse #54 or #65 is the one where the cup holders is? or is it in the trunk since they list multiple fuses for the cigarette lighter? also, what size amps is it and if it's the normal size fuse or the smaller one's? any tips or tricks? if anyone has done there's please chime in i would really appreciate it! thanks!
