castrol and mobil 1, especially mobil are shit oils and I would avoid them. there are non LL approved oils costing half as much which provide more protection, like shell rotella. I would stick to liqui moly or motul.

I have a quart of Mobil1 LL in my trunk right now...
Sold a car recently that I used Mobil1 exclusively (after the free 12K mile oil changes) with 10K-14K or yearly oil changes. Still running great at over 200K miles.
