How many of you peeps shoot in JPG?
I shoot 99.9% RAW, so its not a huge issue, but when I do shoot .jpg, WB is very important. Shooting RAW is a whole different discussion, because a lot depends on what you use in post. I use CaptureNX, very happy with it.

RAW records the data off the CCD or CMOS exactly as it was captured. No processing locked in, just the value of each pixel plus the overhead data. When you edit a RAW file you are really editing the raw data off the sensor.
