I had one like this at the dealership - swapped all 4 tyres from another vehicle and issue still persisted - constant vibration on highway - similar to a buckled wheel/broken prop centre bearing symptoms.
I replaced the rear brake disks + pads and that sorted the issue out.
Do not ask me how because I don't know.
And please do not crucify me if you replace your rear brakes and the problem still persists.
