Yes, after changing to 19" and 1,000k running I can say that PSS's handling is much improved compare to OE 17" RFT.
To be more specify, the grip is much more after warm-up as I was also told by Keith. And the wheel feel or prediction to limit (cornering) is much more clear, despite F10's electric-wheel, much contrast when the OE 17" RFT mounted.
Trust me, it is totally different!.

What's down side(s), if anyone too much care, is the bigger noise.
And, I agreed Sealobo's comment that 19" definitely bumpy than 17"RFT.
But this is due to natural law, maybe not the fault of PSS.

So, combine all (dis)advantages, I would strongly recommend this PSS.
