You can replace it but it is a simple die job, or paint. It really painting leather which is also what the factory does. In LA I found a guy who's going to fix my seat, but it looks different than what you have there. Mine is from a detailer not knowing what he was doing. (Get seat detailed at a normal car wash? sounds great... but that's another story.)

But fixing leather like yours is common. Ask real detailers, ask higher end car washes, or those places with all the awful seat covers tend to actually know how to repair leather too.
