I dont agree.
Change from 19” OEM tire size to 18” OEM size will be exactly the same for comfort as using oversized 19” tires.
245/40-19 -> 245/45-18
245/40-19 -> 245/45-19
The sidewall will be the same.
It will also be cheaper just buying new 19” tires than buying both 18” wheels and tires.
