Hmmm that's a data point I can put some stock in... From Harrisburg myself and lived in The rust belt my early adult life so I understand.
I'm looking at various TSW offerings (Beyern included) as well that are "rotary forged". I could do a set of staggered 20s for $2500 all in with Bridgestone RE07s. Or I could do M5 competition with used Mich Pilot for $3300....hmmm
