I had a similar error (same turn signal problems, plus adaptive headlights on my case) on my 2012 550i. It happened to me every time I started the car one night, and I realized that I hadn't booked my car up to my battery tender in a few weeks (the ctek version of the official BMW one). I had an appointment a few days later for an oil change at the dealer do I figured I'd bring it up. Lo and behold the error went away. At the dealer they said I showed several high battery discharge codes in the past but nothing currently. The issue has not returned now that I've been more diligent at hooking it up to the ctek if I have a few days of short drives.
I read the N63 is notorious for battery issues so that's why I bought the ctek. It also seems to help with my wife's Mazda CX-5 which I think has the same charging behavior as the BMW efficient dynamic crap. Her car idles roughly sometimes if it goes for a few weeks without topping up.
