I am guessing you don't have the camera at all? If you don't, you will have to add a lot of parts. You will need ESYS to load FSC certificates.
You will need the following:
Windshield (to mount camera w/heating)
KAFAS2 module
Wire harness
Camera
Driver Assist button
Dashboard (if you want to mount the button properly)
FSC certificates
Vibrating motor and control unit
Clock spring (if you don't have the right one)
Rear view mirror, duct and cover
