Once you bought BimmerCode app (doesnt matter on what phone), just login in App store with your account on other phones with ios 12 and download it. You also need to Renew your license to full version in BimmerCode Settings. Works fine.

IOS 13 hasn't been released yet so you have the BETA version. I am not surprised that the app broke. Most developers update their apps close to the final release of the new OS and not during BETA stage - while the OS bugs are being worked out. I believe the current official version is 12.3.1.
