Its 3 cables from rear fuse box through the firewall, to the headlights, 1 wire from front/glovebox fusebox to headlight (NOT FRM). for a total of 2 power lines to each headlight. Then you have to get 2x CAN 3 cables to each headlight from the ZGW. And then LIN cables from FRM to Headlights. And then 2 ground wires but they can be attached to the ground hubs in the front right near the headlights so they don't need to be run through the car. Total 8 wires to each headlight and you can buy the headlight connectors as well as all the other connectors.
Some ppl have used some splicing of other existing power cables but i'm not sure that's the safest as each headlight power line needs a unique fuse just for itself.
Its not the easiest retrofit but its definitely doable..
