Yep, do you go there? I have my 3rd car (2 for me and 1 for the wife) in the past 10 years from there. I used to be really happy with their service, but all but one of the SAs that I have worked with in the past 3 years have been a problem. Whenever I show up, the one where I have had a good experience never seems to be there.

The sales guy that I worked with left and while he was there had advised me that management was pushing the SAs hard to nickel and dime everything. It pisses me off to have to deal with a hard sell on services that are not really needed.
