Sure! I've Accuair endo cvt which is compressor valve & tank all in one unit which is great since you save a lot of the trunk room and look much cleaner. Also running elevel from Accuair as my air management system. Custom bags from Airforce suspension.
I know few fellow F10 owners with air suspensions but non that I know running one on xdrive
