I just had one on our 2012 and the guy went over the the engine bay with a fine-tooth comb. He (I watched) spent around 10 minutes looking under the hood! I was surprised as I thought all they did anymore was plug into the OBD port and check for codes. I do know "they've" been cracking down here on smog stations. |
Time to switch smog check places. Tell that guy doing that type of inspection, "life's too short and you don't make enough money to lose customers. Plug your OBD and unplug buddy"
