Looking for some advise on buying out a lease.
Lease details:
2013 BMW GT535XI Premium package
Current mileage ~ 35000km
End of lease: March 2017
Buy out price: $36500 CAD
If I buy it, I'll keep it for 4-5 years
So, questions:
- is it a good idea to buy a Gran Turismo, considering they are not very popular in North America?
- the buy out price seems to be high, I think FMV is ~31000K; what do you think?
- what's the best strategy to negotiate the buy out?
- should I get extended warranty?
- there is not too much info on long term reliability I could find, can you help me here?
