The caliper itself is the same as the 550, but the M5 bracket positions the caliper outboard to use the larger 370mm rear rotor from the F01 750/760.
The 550 bracket will obviously allow the use of the slightly smaller 550 rotor.
FYI, see the chart I posted earlier in this thread to make sure your rear brake setup works with your front brake setup… you don’t want an overly rear-biased braking system on a street car.

In the case of the front calipers, no issues as they were used on my F31 - I’m running them with custom brackets and 400mm F87 M2 Comp discs and on the rear I am running F87 4 piston / 380mm rear set. Brake pedal feel is like stock and the performance is epic.
