For those looking to get the hub extenders:
At least on the xDrives, the E38/E46 hubs work. The xDrive hub ID is ~65.8mm, and the hub extender is ~66.1mm. Best way to get them in is to freeze the extenders and blow torch the hub, kind of like how you do supercharger pulleys. The main "problem" is that it IS tight and not fall off by accident, but you'll need a slide hammer to get them off, which most advance auto/autozone stores will rent you. Once you have these extenders on, you'll need to commit to a 5mm or larger spacer, since anything thinner will result in your center caps not being able to fit depending on the wheel.
