ZF themselves reccomend 70k oil/filter changes. BTW, if you loosen the valve body from the transmission (don't have to remove it). You will drain another two liters out. I'm about to do mine again along with installing new solenoids (150k on it)

Any pics of loosing the valve body and Solenoids replacement would be appreciated
